Meet the team
"IF WORK ISNT FUN, YOU'RE NOT PLAYING ON THE RIGHT TEAM"
Originally from Poland, Damian moved to Manchester in 2010. Damian tried his first pole class in 2013, and it was love at first pole.
After a year of classes, Damian knew he had found his passion, and decided to open his own studio. And so began GFFDamian Dance Studio
Over the years, Damian has taken over the pole world and in 2017 he went viral with his smash hit Unicorn video. He has competed and won global pole competitions and pageants, as well as training future polers to become award winning competitors.
From student, to instructor, to Mr Unicorn, Damian's goal is to share his passion with the world, and to help others find their passion.
Damian teaches all levels of pole and stretch. You will often find him in the studio, jumping out and scaring his students. He is well known for his warm ups, including the infamous Sally up and Macarena, as well as his sassy persona and his witty come backs.
Damian is a prankster! He may come across stern & scary, but don't be fooled by that serious face, he loves a good practical joke.

Beanie is a curvaceous, outrageous, loud and proud Filth Queen with a love for all things sassy, 'ass'tastic and full of filthy magic. You'll always hear her before you see her, especially as she's always cheering her students on and ad-libbing empowering phrases over music.....
"YASSS-GO BABY-SHOW EM'-TELL EM'- SPANK IT-GRAB IT-CLACK- AYYY-AY! "
As the creator of the Filthy Friday movement, curator of Filthy Friday Showcases and sexy pole comp Judge, Beanie really enjoys seeing all the bodies on the pole, taking up all the space and living their best life. When not in the studio, Beanie is still being loud with her Filthy Friday Podcast, which you can check out on Spotify, but be warned, she is just as loud and lavacious on the radio as she is in person.
Beanie is a whole vibe, packed with Bad Bae energy and radiating positivity. Go grab yourself a chair, cause all is welcome at Beanie's table.
Beth has been pole dancing for almost 10 years and has been a certified instructor for the last 4. Over the years she has built up a wealth of experience performing in various locations across the UK.
Beth took a break from teaching pre-pandemic, little did she know how long that break would be! But she is now looking forward to regaining her teaching and pole skills alongside her students – a good teacher never stops learning.
Beth would not call herself a natural pole dancer, so to achieve what some people could learn in one class she has to work 10 times harder than most. She believes this makes her a better teacher, as she understands the problems her students have as she has most likely encountered them too and figured out how to solve them! Beth loves putting combos together to help improve flow and stamina all at once. Combos class with Beth is tough but highly rewarding if you’re prepared to put in the hard graft and don’t mind having your brain a bit fried!
Beth believes that pole is for everyone. It doesn’t matter who you are, how you identify, what your ability is, what shape and size you are - and you don’t have to reach for the stars in order to love pole dancing. Your biggest competitor should only ever be the pole dancer you were yesterday.
Cecelia Bangs started pole classes through university, and it soon became her passion. After discovering the more sensual side of pole, Cecelia really felt at home, after all who doesn't like dancing around in their pants in front of the mirror!?
Ms Bangs teaches floorwork, as well as beginners/improvers pole dance (the kind you want your hot pants and high heels for) so if you've always wanted to give these a go then she's your gal!
Bristol born and bred, this west country gal loves a laugh, a dance, and good old fashioned pint of cider!
POLE DANCE & FLOORWORK
Cherry has been pole dancing for a while now. She took a year off but has been back to training consistently at GFFDamian as a student, and now is sharing her skills as a teacher.
Her preferred style is anything raunchy although she does love strong tricks as well! She has said that pole has introduced her into a world surrounded by like-minded people who are all about loving yourself for who you are and support each other in progressing further every day. It's just a nice bonus that she gets to see some hot bottoms while she's here!
To her, pole dance is a passion, an escape and a chance to be who she really is and she loves to share this passion through her weekly beginner pole classes.
Cherry has always loved to shake her booty, (so much so that she has been called the resident booty lover) and her recent love of Brasilian music and culture has thrown her into the amazing, fun world of twerk, so much so that she now teaches her own weekly twerk class at the studio!
She is an outgoing, welcoming, supportive woman who loves to see people succeed and always has a smile on her face to welcome those into the studio at reception!
Dancer by trade and teacher by nature!
Ella is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip hop, Contemporary & Musical Theatre. She picked up her interest in Soca dance and Afro dancing more in her adult life although carnival has always been in her DNA. Ella started training at the age of 4 at Barbara Sharples theatre school in Manchester.
She is a Caribbean Carnival junkie where she takes part in the well known Caribbean Carnivals around the world, including Miami, Notting Hill and St.Kitts just to name a few.
With these skills she loves to teach them to anybody who wishes to learn and of course it’s all fun! fun! FUN!!
So come one through and let’s WUK UP and learn some moves to some sweet music and get with the vibes. Its Carnival ready all year round in Ella's classes.
See you soon friends!

Nadia has been pole dancing since January 2017. With a little push from Hannah & Damian she began teaching in 2019.
She has always had a passion for finding new ways into a move or pose for every body type. Her Irish charm, adorable file and get up and go ensures everyone in her classes has a fun and positive experience.
In her spare time, Nadia can often be found dancing around the studio to her favourite tunes, practising her trapeze skills and generally lifting the spirits of all who enter the studio.
Just like GFF, Nadia is a strong believer that pole, aerial and flexibility is for everyone, and she is so often told, she will make you believe you are capable of conquering the world.
POLE SPORT & STRETCH
Natalie started dance training at the age of 7, and has now been dancing for over 10 years. She started pole dancing in 2019, and because of her hard work, determination and passion for pole, she became an instructor very quickly.
Although her passion is pole, her favourite style of pole is pole dancing, her classes will help you grow confidence and leave you feeling sexy.
Paul started poling back in June 2018 with a private with our very own Damian and has not looked back since.
He has had the opportunity to train with some world class instructors through several GFFDamian pole camps and has also had the chance to try all the different facets of pole.
Through this he discovered that spin (spinny) pole was his love. There is nothing more liberating and exhilarating. And now is it is his time to pass this passion onto you.
Paul is an Xpert Beginner Pole Instructor qualified and recently graduated from the GFFDamian's Instructor trainee program.
Pete is about as Mancunian as they come, even growing up on the same road as the Gallagher brothers. Previously he was a signed musician, but after a few years living the 'Rock n Roll Star' life he did what many people do when they're not sure what to do next - circus!
In 2016, Pete discovered Aerial Straps and found love. His training became intensive and life was all about spending less time with feet on the ground.
He started teaching and since has taught thousands of people nationwide through classes, workshops and a number of years at Manchester's Aerial & Acrobatics Convention.
You'll generally find him singing and dancing like a fool. Oh and he loves cats. Show him photos of your cat to gain an instant friend.
