POLE DANCING

And now for the sexy side of pole...

POLE DANCE

Pole dance is about wowing yourself and your audience with complex base work, low flow, deceptive strength work and crazy transitions. And with heels on, it doesn't get much hotter.

Using influences from the origins of pole, our teachers sensory dance classes will teach all levels some bad ass routines and how to embrace your sexuality.

Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

FLOORWORK

Are you tantalised by the idea of an original pole dancing class but don't know where to start? Our Beginners Floorwork class is a great first step.

Learn the very basics of floorwork, from confidence to cobra kicks, leg waves to hair flips.

Classes focus on the dancer’s relationship with the floor, breath, music and transitions, sensual movement, floor work, and sexy low flow. Learn sensually routines on the floor.

No prior dance skills or flexibility is required when you come for your first class so if you are worried about not having a dance background, don’t be! Most of our students have no prior dance experience.

Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

HEELS TRICKS/COMBOS

Our Heels Tricks class combines the moves from static pole fitness classes with the sexiness of pole dance...in heels.

Our instructors will teach you how to get into the poses you know from our fitness class, whilst wearing pole heels.

Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

Just like the tricks class, Heels combos will teach you various combos learnt in pole fitness but with the extra challenge of wearing pole heels. Both on and off the floor.

This class is for polers who are at improver level +

CHAIR DANCE

Chair classes are a way for you to explore both sensual movement and acro.

Weekly classes will alternate between tricks/combos and sexxxy choreo, allowing you to learn both sides.

You’ll be creating your own slinky, gooey style in no time!

Lots of people think chair dance is somewhere between floorwork and pole, so if you want to try something new that feels familiar, this is the class for you.

Classes are open level, so tricks will either be suitable for all levels, or have different versions dependant on skill and experience..

STRIPTEASE

It is designed to help participants build confidence, express their sexuality, and explore their sensuality through dance.

In this class you will earn a series of choreographed routines that incorporate elements of striptease, including sensual body movements, provocative poses, and the gradual removal of clothing items. These classes may also include instruction on enhancing facial expressions and using props to enhance the overall performance.

Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels. .
