Service Description

Our foundation pole dancing/pole fitness courses really are for complete beginners - you don’t need to have any experience to take part. All of our Foundation courses run over five weeks and each class lasts for 55 minutes. New Courses start every 6 weeks. Once you have learned basic spins and how to climb and head stands you will be introduced to more difficult moves in one of our beginners, improvers or open level classes. Pole classes typically start with warm-ups. Expect to do some running, lunges, twisting, and stretching. You'll also perform strengthening exercises like side crunches, pull-ups, and leg raises. You shouldn't be ashamed if you can't do any of the exercises at first. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? We recommend that you wear shorts (better for grip on the pole) or jogging bottoms are fine. T-shirt or vest tops are suitable – anything comfortable. Bare feet are fine to get you started. We ask that you do not wear socks during class as they can cause slips . For Pole Dance classes you should bring your heels and knee pads. Please do not wear any hand cream, body moisturisers, self tan or creams on the day of the class as this makes the pole slippery and dangerous. All hanging jewellery including rings and necklaces should be removed before class. Exposed belly button bars should be removed or covered with a plaster. WHAT TO EXPECT? Each pole class will start with a warm up, designed for that specific class and will end in a cool down. In a full class, the poles will be shared by two people (maximum). If You don`t want to share the equipment with a stranger, please book the course with your friend! You will be asked to leave all unnecessary belongings in the lockers provided and only bring equipment needed the class room. Water is a must! We have facilities to fill your own bottles, or you can purchase on reception. ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS? To take part in our adult pole fitness you must be aged 16 or over. Our Adults Pole dance class is for age 18+ (16 with parental permission) and our Filthy Friday classes are strictly for those aged 18+. There are no upper age limits. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 5 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class. Your course is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

**All payments non refundable and non transferable. ** To cancel or reschedule your regular GFF session without charge minimum 24-hours notice is required, otherwise if less than 24 hours you lose your credit or still be charged. If the studio cancels the class due to lack of numbers or cover you will automatically receive the class added back to the pass, or if you have purchased a single session you can have a credit or a refund. If your pass is due to expire and you will loose a class due to a GFF cancellation, we will issue you a credit. We cannot issue a refund or credit due to change of instructor. Our refund policy above only applies to classes that are cancelled. 5- week foundation course If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 5 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class. Your course is non refundable or non transferable partially or in full.
