Fridays 5-week Kids Mixed Aerial Course

Service Description

Our Mixed Aerial Courses are designed for complete beginners; your child doesn't need any prior experience to participate. Each of our courses runs for five weeks, with each class lasting 55 minutes. Each week children will be taught the basics on different apparatus (including Hoop, Silks, Hammock, Rope, Straps)/ Once your child has learned basic spins and how to climb the aerial equipment, they will be introduced to more advanced moves. Classes typically begin with warm-ups, including activities such as running, lunges, twisting, and stretching. Strengthening exercises like side crunches, pull-ups, and leg raises are also included. WHAT SHOULD YOUR CHILD WEAR? We recommend that your child wear shorts (better for grip on the untapped hoop), or long leggings are fine on tapped hoops. T-shirts or vest tops are suitable—anything comfortable. Bare feet are fine. Please ensure that children do not wear socks during class, as they can cause slips. Please make sure children do not wear any hand cream, body moisturizers, or creams on the day of the class, as this can make the hoop slippery and dangerous. All hanging jewelry, including rings and necklaces, should be removed before class. WHAT TO EXPECT? Each Aerial class will start with a warm-up designed for that specific class and will end with a cool down. In a full class, the hoops will be shared by two children (maximum). If you don't want your child to share the equipment with a stranger, please book the course with their friend; otherwise, kids will be paired. They will be asked to leave all unnecessary belongings in the lockers provided and only bring the equipment needed for the classroom. Please bring your padlock. Water is a must! We have facilities to fill your bottles, or you can purchase them at the reception. ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS? To participate in our Aerial classes, a minimum age of 8 is required. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason your child cannot make the class, please let us know at least 24 hours before the class, or you will be charged for the missed class. You book and pay for five consecutive weeks, but you are allowed to rearrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Your course is non-refundable or transferable, either partially or in full.

Cancellation Policy

**All payments non refundable and non transferable. ** To cancel or reschedule your regular GFF session without charge minimum 24-hours notice is required, otherwise if less than 24 hours you lose your credit or still be charged. If the studio cancels the class due to lack of numbers or cover you will automatically receive the class added back to the pass, or if you have purchased a single session you can have a credit or a refund. If your pass is due to expire and you will loose a class due to a GFF cancellation, we will issue you a credit. We cannot issue a refund or credit due to change of instructor. Our refund policy above only applies to classes that are cancelled. 5- week foundation course If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 5 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class. Your course is non refundable or non transferable partially or in full.
