🔥 POLE DANCE (18+) - OPEN DAY FREE CLASS This Pole Dance (18+) class is part of our Open Day and is FREE to attend. This class is for adults only (18+). **Important for regular students: Please only book this class if you have never tried or attended Pole Dance (18+) before. If you book a class you have already done, you will be removed from the list and your space will be given to someone else. If you book your spot and cannot attend, PLEASE CANCEL your booking, so the space can be offered to another person. This is a free event, so please respect our instructors’ time and allow others the opportunity to attend. **What is Pole Dance (18+)? Pole Dance is a sexy, sensual style of pole that focuses on body waves, floorwork, and smooth, sensual movements. In this class, you’ll explore the art of expressing confidence and femininity through the pole, all while working on strength, flexibility, and grace. Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence, learn some seductive moves, or just have fun, this class will get you in touch with your inner vixen! **What to wear: -Heels optional (pole dance heels are recommended, but any sturdy heels with a secure fit are fine). -Sexy outfit (e.g., shorts, leggings, or lingerie-inspired tops). Wear what makes you feel confident! -Comfortable, form-fitting clothing for movement. -Please avoid lotions, oils, or moisturisers, as they reduce grip on the pole. **What to bring: -Water bottle (please bring your own-water fountains are available, or you can purchase water at the reception desk). **Important information & disclaimer: -Age limit: 18+ -This class involves physical activity, strength work, and cardio. Please attend only if you are in good health and feel comfortable exercising. -Participation is at your own responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE WE CANNOT LET YOU INTO THE CLASS AND YOU WILL LOOSE THE SESSION! NO REFUNDS! Please note the studio adheres to a strict no outdoor shoe policy. If you require shoes for dance, please bring a second pair (clean pair). If you are found to be wearing your outdoor shoes we will ask you to remove them. **All payments non refundable and non transferable. ** To cancel or reschedule your regular GFF session without charge minimum 24-hours notice is required, otherwise if less than 24 hours you lose your credit or still be charged. If the studio cancels the class due to lack of numbers or cover you will automatically receive the class added back to the pass, or if you have purchased a single session you can have a credit or a refund. If your pass is due to expire and you will loose a class due to a GFF cancellation, we will issue you a credit. We cannot issue a refund or credit due to change of instructor. Our refund policy above only applies to classes that are cancelled. 5- week foundation course: If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 5 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class.
