STRETCH CLASS: ALL ABILITIES
Our Stretch classes blend stretching movement with the graceful control of dance to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. The aim is to develop core strength, ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well balanced body. General flexibility, splits and back bend. Yoga mats are provided or you can bring your own. If you take on this class, you will be flexible in no time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You’ll want to be comfortable getting sweaty so pick something light and cool. More confident people may opt for a skimpy sports bra and shorts look, but if you’re looking for something slightly more covered up, pick up a pair of leggings and tank top.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
This class is for Adults and kids aged 12+ and open to all levels. NEW BEGINNERS welcome! You do not need any experience or fitness level to start!
DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
Booking each class or course is essential. Please book your place here.
If for any reason you cannot make your class please cancel your booking with at least 24 hours prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class.
