Meet GFF
GFFDamian is the best place in Manchester for dance, exercise & fun!
We began as a small pole fitness studio in 2014, and have since grown into a fully fledged dance studio. We moved to our New GFF home in January 2020. With award winning instructors, we have been able to expand the classes to incorporate different styles of pole dance & fitness, aerial arts and dance styles from around the world. Our instructors have a wealth of experience and teaching expertise. Many are working professionals in the dance and entertainment industry. In our classes, you will benefit from the same high standard of instruction whether you are a beginner, professional or in between.
We believe that our classes are for everyone. And everyone is welcome at GFFDamian.
We are open most days of the year from early to late,. All classes are run on a drop-in basis. Check out our timetable to see which class you want to try first!
We hold regular Masterclasses and Workshops taught by top dancers and choreographers, which are bookable in advance. We also arrange private parties and dance classes on request.

GFFDamian Dance studio is made up of 4 rooms, The Aerial Room, The Dance Room, The Pole Room & The Yoga Room
We also have a picture perfect reception area, 3 bathrooms & 2 unisex changing areas.
